We want the world to know how grateful we are to the Lord for the mercy He has showed us.
...the Haiti Share team
The Lord has done great things for us, and we are glad...He raises the poor from the dust and lifts the beggar from the ash heap, to set them among princes and make them inherit the throne of glory. "For the pillars of the earth are the Lord's, and He has set the world upon them"...Psalm 126:3 & 1 Samuel 2:8
Our young adult sponsorship program is our core strategy for fulfilling our mission.
OUR PLEDGE TO YOU:
If we use YOUR money to send a young Haitian to school, we promise to...
We also provide services to the community in which we work.

Coverng Roofs in Jeremie, Haiti
May 8 - May 15, 2017
A team of 9 Haitians from Haiti Share went to a poor community on the outskirts of Jeremie, Haiti to put roofs on several homes that had been devastated by Hurricane Matthew and had still not been repaired. Jeremie is about 170 miles from our training center near Port-au-Prince. They bought the materials from local businesses in Jeremie in order to encourage the economy there.
"We have so many stories and at times we were on the verge of heartbreak, to see how the people suffer in soul and in body. But we did the best we could to help them. We want to thank the donors and churches who supported the trip. God will bless you, as do the people that have a roof now."...from the director of Haitian operations
Latrine Project in Gressier, Haiti
Dr. Frantz Codio, a native Haitian and a long-time friend of Haiti Share was deeply concerned about a neighborhood in Gressier, Haiti, which consists of around 100 families living in a sandy area between the highway and the sea without any toilets, either indoor or outdoor. He involved the community in planning a project to build a latrine and asked the engineer teach some of the young men in the community how to build the toilet and supervise them during the process. The project was completed in late February, 2017. Community involvement, teaching and training - this is a method of helping that resonates with Haiti Share's vision, so Haiti Share was pleased to help with the financial support for this project.
